摘  要:针对水冷壁气化炉内温度无法测量的难点,采用炉温监控软件对工业运行气化炉开展了监控运行与研究;分析了蒸汽产量与气化炉温度、壁面熔渣流动特性的影响规律,讨论了煤质对温度监测的影响。结果表明,水冷壁面蒸汽产量越大,气化炉操作温度越高,二者之间为非线性关系;气化炉水冷壁表面液态熔渣流动黏度、固态熔渣厚度和总渣层厚度随水蒸汽产量增大呈指数减小。通过水冷壁蒸汽产量来判断气化炉温度时,需要考虑煤种特性的影响。In order to solve the difficulty of temperature measurement in membrane-wall gasifier,the temperature monitoring software of membrane-wall gasifier was used to monitor and study the industrial operation gasifier.The relationship between the steam production of membrane wall and gasifier temperature and slag flow characteristics were analyzed,and the influence of coal property on temperature monitoring is discussed.The results show that the larger the steam production of membrane-wall is,the higher the operating temperature of gasifier is,and the relationship between them is nonlinear.The flow viscosity of molten slag,the thickness of solid slag and the thickness of total slag layer on the surface of membrane-wall of gasifier decrease exponentially with the increase of steam production.When estimating the temperature of gasifier by the steam production of membrane-wall,the influence of coal characteristics should be considered.
