摘 要:蒂斯构建的创新获利理论经不断深入发展,在解释企业如何从技术创新中获取收益、进行创新管理等方面有较高价值。探讨创新获利理论在文化产业的适用规律,并针对其局限进行改进与拓展,对于讨论文化企业如何从创意中获利、展望我国文化产业的发展趋势有重要意义。文章在梳理评述创新获利理论发展脉络及趋势的基础上,分析其适用于文化产业的合理性,然后结合具体案例提炼出文化企业的内容获利策略,最后从内容核心、社会效益、资源衍生三个方面提出创新获利理论应用于文化产业的局限性,并进行相应的拓展与修正。The profiting from innovation theory developed by David Teece has continued to develop in depth, and it has a high value in explaining how companies obtain benefits from technological innovation and perform innovation management. It is of great significance to discuss the applicable law of the profiting from innovation theory in the cultural industry, and propose improvements and expansions in view of its limitations, in order to discuss how cultural enterprises can profit from creativity and look forward to the development trend of China’s cultural industry. Based on a review of the development context and trend of the profiting from innovation theory, this paper analyzed the rationality of the application of the profiting from innovation theory to the cultural industry. Then it proposed the content profit strategy of cultural enterprises based on specific cases. Finally, it put forward the limitations of applying the profiting from innovation theory to the cultural industry from content core, social benefits, and resource derivation, and made corresponding expansions and amendments.
