摘 要:为探究建设工程安全管理体系的合规性,运用模糊贴近度理论,建立水电工程安全管理合规性评价模型。首先,综合建设工程安全管理现状,对比水电行业规范和工程项目基本管理制度,生成安全管理合规性评价标准体系;其次,以合规性评价标准为基础,根据对水电项目的合规性评价结果,利用模糊贴近度,构建水电工程安全管理合规性评价模型;最后,结合具体工程实例,依据合规性评价模型,确定安全管理合规性等级。结果表明:该水电工程安全管理合规性情况较好,各指标的完成情况较为理想,但仍需对安全教育培训、特种设备管理、消防安全管理加以改进。In order to explore the compliance of construction safety management system,this paper use the fuzzy close degree theory to establish the safety management compliance evaluation model of hydropower project.First,this paper synthesized construction project safety management status,compared to the hydropower industry norms and the basic management system of the project to generate safety management compliance evaluation standard system;secondly,this paper based on the compliance evaluation criteria,according to the hydropower project compliance evaluation Finally,this paper combined with the specific engineering examples,according to the compliance evaluation model,to determine the safety management of the classification level of compliance,the use of fuzzy close to the construction of hydropower engineering safety management compliance evaluation model;The results show that the safety management of the hydropower project is in good condition and the completion of each index is ideal.However,it is necessary to improve the safety education and training,special equipment management and fire safety management.
