摘　　要：新疆白杨河胜利渠首为卵砾石河床上的多沙低水头渠首,因过洪能力不足、建筑物结构老化、泥沙淤积等原因拆除重建。渠首泄洪冲砂闸闸后消能防冲设施以“适度消能”为原则,选用斜坡护坦、防冲墙及混凝土软排组合的防冲方式加强下泄水流的挟沙能力。Shengli Headwork of Baiyang River in Xinjiang is a low head headwork with sand on gravel bed,which is demolished and rebuilt due to insufficient flood carrying capacity,aging of buildings,siltation and other reasons.Based on the principle of"moderate energy dissipation",the combination of slope apron,anti scour wall and concrete soft drain is selected to strengthen the sand carrying capacity of the discharged water.
