摘　　要：噪声是常见的职业危害因素。除引起听觉损害外,噪声对神经系统、心血管、消化等系统也有不良影响,随接触噪声时间的延长,听力损失罹患率有增高趋势。本文基于某轨道车辆制造行业中噪声的危害和控制现状,针对听力保护的主要矛盾,提出噪声管控以及员工教育的建议与措施,总结实践经验,完善本企业的措施并作为其他企业的参考。Noise is a common occupational hazard in industries.Except causing hearing loss,noise also has negative effects on the nervous system,cardiovascular and digestive systems.As the exposure time to noise increases,the incidence of hearing loss tends to increase accordingly.Based on the noise hazards and control terms in a rail vehicle manufacturing company,this article puts forward suggestions and measures for noise management and employee education,summarizes its practical experience,and improves the measures of this company,can be a reference for other related companies.
