摘  要:采用SBR装置,进水COD/ρ(TN)为7,以厌氧-好氧-缺氧(A/O/A)的运行模式实现同步亚硝化反硝化(SPND)。为解决SPND工艺中除磷问题,实验在进水中额外添加一次乙酸钠,强化厌氧释磷后排出富磷上清液。当除磷效果消失时,依照第1次的方法再一次强化除磷,结果表明,强化后出水PO4^3-P的质量浓度小于0.5 mg/L,其持续时间分别达2d和16d,PO4^3-P平均去除率分别为95.8%±0%.96.7%±3.7%;NH4^+-N和TN的平均去除率分别为99.5%±1.6%和97.2%±2.3%.强化后微生物多样性增加,丰度大于1%的菌属增加8种.聚磷菌(PAOs)丰度由3.74%增长至4.04%,聚糖菌(GAOS)丰度由8.63%降至4.37%。Simultaneous partial nitration and denitrification (SPND) was realized by SBR in anaerobic/aerobic/anoxic (A/O/A) mode with C/N of influent as 7.In order to solve the problem of phosphorus removal in SPND process,sodium acetate (CH3COONa) was added to the influent to enhance anaerobic phosphorus release and then the phosphorus-rich supernatant was discharged.When the phosphorus removal effect disappeared,the phosphorus removal was strengthened again according to the first method.The results showed that the mass concentration of PO43--P in effluent was less than 0.5 mg/L after enhanced phosphorus removal,and two times enhanced lasted for 2 and 16 d respectively.The average removal rates of PO43--P were 95.83%±0%and96.67%±3.66%,respectively.The average removal rates of NH4+-N and TN were 95.83%±0%and 96.67%±3.66%,respectively.The microbial diversity increased after enhancing,there were 8 species of genus whose abundance was more than 1%.The abundance of PAOs increased from 3.74%to 4.04%,and that of GAOs decreased from 8.63%to 4.37%.
