摘 要:以硫酸氧钛为主原料,用水热法制备了二氧化钛粉末催化剂,对其进行了表征,考察了催化剂在降解模拟废水铬天青S性能。结果表明,催化剂晶相为纯态的锐钛矿型即产物为A-TiO2,存在大量羟基-OH呈现复杂的三维花状结构,由直径2.5 μm左右的TiO2微米球堆积形成,微米球则由大量的TiO2纳米晶定向自组装成而成,每个纳米晶为八面体;适量掺铁使A-TiO2吸收波长发生了红移,扩大了吸收光谱的范围。当Fe3^+和A-TiO2的摩尔比为5%时,经λ=254 nm紫外光照射25 min,比未掺铁A-TiO2的光催化效率提高23.46百分点;在优化条件下(初始铬天青S溶液的质量浓度20 mg/L、pH为5,掺铁摩尔分数5%的A-TiO2用量2g/L、室温16℃下波长254 nm紫外光照25 min),铬天青S的降解率达最大为86.25%。Using TiOSO4 as main raw materials,TiO2 powder catalyst was prepared via hydrothermal method,the obtained samples were characterized and its degradation performance for chrome azurol S in simulated wastewater was investigated.The results showed that,the crystal phase of the catalyst was pure anatase type,that is,the product was A-TiO2,the samples contained a large number of hydroxy and had a complex three-dimensional flowerlike structure,which was formed by the stacking of TiO2 microspheres about 2.5μm in diameter,and the microspheres were composed of a large number of TiO2 nanocrystals orientated self-assembled,each nanocrystal was octahedron.The absorption wavelength of A-TiO2 was red-shifted due to proper amount of iron doping,which expanded the range of absorption spectrum.When the mole ratio of Fe3+ and A-TiO2 was 5%,the photocatalytic efficiency of sample was 23.46%higher than that of pure A-TiO2 with UV-irradiation (λ=254 nm) for 25 min.Under the optimized conditions (the initial mass concentration of chrome azurol S solution was 20 mg/L,the p H of the solution was 5,the dosage of mole fraction 5% iron-doping A-TiO2 was 2 g/L,and the illumination time was 25 min under UV-light (λ=254 nm) at room temperature of 16℃),the degradation rate of chrome azurol S was up to 86.25%.
