摘 要:采用厌氧序批式反应器,研究初始pH与HRT对植物酸化油废水厌氧生物处理的影响。结果表明,植物酸化油废水在厌氧反应初始pH=5.0、5.5时,pH、硫化物含量、VFAs含量在1个周期的反应阶段内的波动较小,COD的去除率仅为15%~20%;而在初始pH=6.0、6.5、7.0、7.5、8.0时,pH、硫化物含量.VFAs含量波动较大,且COD去除率可达50%~60%。植物酸化油废水在完全混合式的厌氧反应中存在有机物降解停滞现象,这主要是由于含高含量长链脂肪酸和硫酸盐的厌氧反应中产酸过程和产甲烷过程中,随生物毒性产物的积累和微生物种间竞争的加剧而逐渐受到抑制。建立的初始pH-废水HRT-COD去除率多元非线性回归模型显著性高,根据此模型,在初始pH为7.5、废水HRT为84h时有最大的COD去除率。The effect of initial pH and HRT on anaerobic biological treatment for acidified vegetable oil wastewater was studied by anaerobic sequencing batch reactor. The results showed that the fluctuation of pH, sulfide content and VFAs content in one reaction cycle was small and the removal rate of COD was 15%~20% under the condition of initial pH was 5 and 5.5 in anaerobic reaction. Whereas, the pH, sulfide content, VFAs content fluctuated greatly and the COD removal rate was 50%~60% under the initial pH was 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5 and 8. The degradation of organic matter in acidified vegetable oil wastewater was stagnated in the fully mixed anaerobic reaction, which was mainly due to the gradual inhibition of acid production and methanogenesis with the accumulation of biotoxic products and intensified competition among microorganisms in anaerobic reactions containing high contents of long chain fatty acids and sulfate. The multivariate nonlinear regression model established on the initial pH-wastewater retention time-COD removal rate was highly significant. According to the model, the maximum COD removal rate was achieved when the initial pH was 7.5 and the wastewater retention time was 84 h.
