摘 要:以校内湖泊为原水,开展排泥水回流中试,评价回流的混凝安全性研究。结果表明,排泥水回流能增强絮体密实度;有强化混凝的作用。出水浊度和色度在投药量30 mgL、回流体积比为2%~4%时最低;CODMn和UV254在回流体积比4%和6%时最低,较无回流可提高15%~20%的去除率;NH3-N含量随回流比的上升不断升高,回流体积比需控制在2%左右;回流体积比为2%时,TP的质量浓度可控制在0.4 μg/L左右;出水的Al、Fe和Mn的含量均无累积现象;回流体积比控制在4%时细菌总数和粪大肠菌群数就能防止过快增长。排泥水的回流控制合适的回流比就能起到强化混凝的效果并能保障出水的安全。Taking the lake water in the school as raw water,a pilot test of sludge water backflow was carried out to evaluate the coagulation safety of backflow.The results showed that the backflow of sludge water could enhance the density of flocs and enhance coagulation.The lowest turbidity and chromaticity of effluent presented when the reflux volume ratio was 2%~4%with a dosage of 30 mg/L.CODMnand UV254of effluent were the lowest when the reflux volume ratio was 4%~6%,whose removal rate increased by 15%~20%compared with no reflux.The reflux volume ratio needed to be controlled at about 2%,considering that the NH3-N content was increased with the increase of reflux ratio.When the reflux volume ratio was 2%,the concentration of TP could be about 0.4μg/L,and there was no accumulation of Al,Fe and Mn in the effluent.The total bacteria and fecal coliforms could be prevented from increasing too fast when the reflux volume ratio was controlled at 4%.The appropriate reflux ratio of sludge water could enhance coagulation and ensure the safety of effluent.
