摘　　要：目的分析人工气道安全管理在ICU危重患者中的护理效果。方法从2017年4月—2019年4月我院ICU危重患者中抽选88例,随机分为2组,接受人工气道安全管理护理的患者列为试验组,共45例;接受基础护理的患者列为对照组,共43例,对比2组临床护理效果。结果试验组不良事件发生率(4.44%)明显低于对照组(20.93%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU危重患者护理中采取人工气道安全管理具有较好的护理效果,可降低不良事件发生率,值得推广。Objective To explore and analyze the nursing effect of artificial airway safety management in ICU critical patients.Methods From April 2017 to April 2019,88 critically ill patients in ICU in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by blind sampling.The patients receiving artificial airway safety management nursing were in the experimental group,45 cases in total,and the patients receiving basic nursing were in the control group,43 cases in total.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group(4.44%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.93%)(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Artificial airway safety management in ICU critical patients nursing can play a better nursing effect,low incidence of adverse events,high safety,worthy of clinical application.
