摘　　要：目的总结记忆合金肋骨环抱器内固定术治疗多发肋骨骨折的护理经验。方法回顾性分析76例多发肋骨骨折患者行记忆合金肋骨环抱器内固定术的围术期护理情况。结果76例患者术后胸痛明显减轻,咳嗽排痰通畅,呼吸功能改善,心理感受良好。结论围术期全程护理可以减少患者卧床时间,减轻疼痛,减少肺部并发症,促进康复。Objective To explore the nursing characteristics of the treatment for multiple fractured ribs with internal fixation by memory alloy embracing fixator.Methods We analyzed the perioperative nursing measures for 76 cases of multiple ribs fractured who were treated by memory alloy embracing fixator.Results Postoperative chest pain was significantly reduced in 76 patients.In the same time,spit without difficulty,respiratory function improvment and psychological response well.Conclusion Whole-process nursing care can reduce time in bed、pains and pulmonary complications,and also promote recovery.
