摘 要:建立了一种送风管道为等截面等风口的膜分离制氮装置分流器实验模型,旨在对分流器各出风孔口的分流进行问题分析与优化计算,通过对模型分风实验测定,得到了分流器各风口出风量大小不等的结果,其分风量的最大偏差为12%。由于分流器分流不均对膜组有不利影响,因此对分流器实验模型进行了优化设计,采用5%的不均匀性分风系数设计分流器,可看作分流器实现了近似等量分风,而由此设计出的出风口孔径d,即为优化设计的结果。The experimental model is established about the shunt for membrane separation nitrogen making device,and the air supply pipeline is of equal cross section and equal tuyere,to carry out the problem analysis and optimization for the shunting of air orifices of the shunt.The model is measured by the air distribution experiment,the results show that the air volume of each air orifice of the shunt is different,and the maximum deviation of its air distribution is 12%.Because the uneven distribution of the shunt has a negative effect on the membrane group,the experimental model of the shunt is optimized.The shunt is designed with an uneven distribution coefficient of 5%,which can be considered that the approximate equal air distribution of the shunt is achieved.On this basis,the diameter d of air orifice is the result of optimization design.
