摘 要:目的:探讨腹腔镜仿真系统在八年制医学生妇科实习中的教学效果。方法:将90名进入中山大学附属第三医院妇产科实习的2012级、2013级、2014级八年制医实习医生分成两组。45人设为对照组,采取传统带教模式+自由练习;将同批次的实习医师45人纳入实验组,采取传统带教模式+腹腔镜理论及技能培训,分别在结束妇产科实习前发放调查问卷,比较两组学生理论、技能成绩及教学满意度。结果:实验组实习医师出科理论考核成绩、腹腔镜操作技能得分及对实习带教模式满意度均高于对照组。结论:腹腔镜仿真系统在妇科临床实习教学中能有效提高八年制医学生腹腔镜操作技能,加深学生对妇科知识的理解,提高学生对妇产科的实习兴趣及满意度。Objective: To explore the teaching effect of laparoscopic simulation system in the gynecological practice of eight-year medical students. Methods: 90 doctors of grade 2012, 2013 and 2014 were divided into two groups. 45 students were set as the control group, and the traditional teaching mode and free practice was adopted;45 interns of the same batch were included in the experimental group, and the traditional teaching mode + laparoscopic theory and skills training were adopted. Questionnaires were distributed before the end of Obstetrics and gynecology practice, and the theoretical, technical performance and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: the scores of theoretical examination, laparoscopic operation skills and satisfaction with the teaching mode of the interns in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: laparoscopic simulation system can effectively improve the laparoscopic operation skills of eight-year medical students, deepen their understanding of gynecological knowledge, and improve their interest and satisfaction in gynecological practice.
