摘　　要：目的:汇总罂粟碱的临床不良反应种类,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索、汇总近年来医药学期刊报道的罂粟碱不良反应案例,并加以归类。结果:罂粟碱可致一系列不良反应。结论:罂粟碱的不良反应应该引起重视,相关机制有待于进一步的深入研究,临床人员应了解其机制、临床表现及防治措施,以减少不良反应的发生。Objective:Adverse reactions in papaverine clinical practices were summarized to provide reference for rational clinical drug use.Methods:Adverse reaction cases in papaverine clinical practices published on medical journals in recent years were collected,overviewed and classified.Results:A series of adverse reactions were attributed to papaverine.Conclusion:It should be paid attention that papaverine may cause adverse reactions in clinical practices.The relevant pathogeny needs to be further studied.It’s important for clinical staffs to understand the pathogeny,clinical manifestation,therapeutical methods and preventive measures to minimize the adverse reactions.
