浅谈养老建筑空间形态探索——以南丰县康复养老中心建设项目为例

摘　　要：人口老龄化已成为当今社会面临的一个非常严重的问题,但是对于老龄化方面的应对能力与措施却非常薄弱。解决当前老龄化问题的重要途径就是做好老年人养老工作,为老年人创造一个和谐良好的生活环境。本文阐述了当前中国人口老龄化的背景,并对养老建筑设计中存在的问题进行了综合分析。从老年人的视角出发,重点考虑养老建筑的选址、空间规划、公共设施配置和老年人的心理需求等四个方面,由此分析并得出养老建筑设计的相关要素。Population ageing has become a very serious problem facing today’s society,but the response capacity and measures to ageing are very weak.The important way to solve the current aging problem is to do a good job in the old-age work of the elderly and create a harmonious and good living environment for the elderly.This paper expounds the background of the aging of the current Chinese mouth,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the architectural design of the old-age population.From the perspective of the elderly,the four aspects,such as the location of the old-age building,the spatial planning,the allocation of public facilities and the psychological needs of the elderly,are analyzed and the relevant elements of the old-age architectural design are analyzed and obtained.
