摘 要:分子筛是一种孔隙结构均匀的硅铝酸盐,具有高效的吸附性能;秸秆炭是由秸秆经热解等化学转化方法制备的一种吸附材料,具有一定的孔道结构,因而表现出优异的吸附性能。笔者从沸石分子筛复合材料吸附性能的研究价值出发,通过在制备分子筛/秸秆炭复合材料的过程中引入四氧化三铁纳米颗粒,成功制得了磁性分子筛/秸秆炭复合材料。研究结果表明,当复合材料用量为0.1 g、吸附温度为35℃、吸附pH值为7、吸附时间为50 min时,该复合材料吸附性能优异,在外加磁场下易于分离与回收,具有较为广泛的应用前景。Molecular sieve was a kind of aluminosilicate with uniform pore structure and high adsorption performance;straw carbon was an adsorption material with open-framework structure prepared from straw by chemical conversion methods such as pyrolysis,so it showed excellent absorption property.The authors started the research from the value of adsorption performance of zeolite molecular sieve composites,and successfully developed the magnetic molecular sieve/straw carbon composites by introduced Fe3O4 nanoparticles in the preparation process.The results showed that the composites showed best adsorption property when the amount of composites was 0.1 g,the adsorption temperature was 35℃,the pH was 7,and the adsorption time was 50 min,and it was easy to separate and recover under the external magnetic field and had a wide application prospect.
