摘  要:为了延缓吞吐老井的产量递减,提高采收率,找到适合杜84块研究区域超稠油吞吐的挖潜措施,针对研究区域含水高、产油量低、油汽比降低等低效吞吐阶段的问题,开展了蒸汽驱生产井筛选、生产井网布置、蒸汽驱注汽参数优化等方面的研究工作,并进行了效果评价分析。结果表明:①蒸汽驱技术要求油层厚度在7~60 m之间,埋深为中深层、深层适宜,经过蒸汽吞吐开采后,井间平均剩余油饱和度基本在50%~60%之间;②注汽井和生产井开采层系需对应,组成完善封闭的生产井网,井间热连通程度较好,有利于蒸汽腔的扩展和注入蒸汽充分波及井间死油区,保证采注比在1.0~1.2之间;③蒸汽干度会随注汽速度提高而提升,有效提升蒸汽携带的热量,加热油层,并且保证油层低压状态,采出高于注入,杜84块注汽排量应控制在4~4.5 t/h,井底蒸汽干度不低于50%,合理采注比为1.1~1.2。以上认识对下步生产部署具有重要指导价值。In order to delay the production decline of huff and puff old wells and enhance oil recovery, find out the potential tapping measures suitable for huff and puff of heavy oil in the study area of Du84 block. Aiming at the problems of low efficiency huff and puff stage such as high water cut、low oil production and low oil steam ratio, the research work of steam flooding production well screening, production well pattern layout, steam injection parameters optimization of steam flooding are carried out, and the effect is evaluated Price analysis. The results show that: ①The thickness of oil layer is between 7~60 m, and the buried depth is suitable for middle deep layer and deep layer. After steam huff and puff production, the average remaining oil saturation between wells is basically 50%~60%. ②The production layers of steam injection wells and production wells should be corresponding to form a perfect closed production well network, and the thermal connectivity between wells is good, It is conducive to the expansion of steam chamber and the injection steam can fully spread to the dead oil area between wells, and ensure the production injection ratio is between 1.0 and 1.2. ③The steam dryness will increase with the increase of steam injection speed, effectively enhance the heat carried by steam, heat the reservoir, and ensure that the reservoir is in a low pressure state, and the recovery is higher than that of injection. The steam injection displacement of Du84 block should be controlled at 4~4.5 t/h, and the bottom hole steam dryness should not be less than 50% The reasonable production injection ratio is 1.1~1.2. The above understanding has important guiding value for the next production deployment.
