摘 要:采用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)改性埃洛石纳米管(HNTs),并将改性后的HNTs(g-HNTS)在熔融混合过程中填充到PP/POM混合相体系,制备PP/POM/g-HNTS复合材料。对其力学及热性能进行分析,结果表明:相比于PP/POM共混物,PP/POM/g-HNTS复合材料的压缩强度和硬度均有提高,且抗拉强度及抗弯强度分别为36.9 MPa和51.2 MPa,分别增加了13.8%和23%;PP/POM/g-HNTS复合材料具有较高的热分解温度,热稳定性较PP/POM共混物有所提升。Polyethyleneimine(PEI)was used to modify halloysite nanotubes(HNTs),and the modified HNTs(g-HNTS)were filled into the PP/POM mixed phase system during melt mixing to prepare PP/POM/g-HNTS composite material.The paper analyzed its mechanical and thermal properties,the results showed that the compressive strength and hardness of the PP/POM/g-HNTS composite were improved compared to the PP/POM blend phase,and the tensile strength and flexural strength were respectively 36.9 MPa and 51.2 MPa,respectively increased by 13.8%and 23%;PP/POM/g-HNTS composite material has a higher thermal decomposition temperature,thermal stability is improved compared to PP/POM blend phase.
