摘 要:以聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)纳米凝胶为载体,采用气息图法制备了聚苯乙烯(PS)多孔薄膜,在其表面进行了Ag功能化,并对其形貌、比表面积及抗菌性能进行了分析。结果表明:制备的PS多孔薄膜具有均匀的多孔形貌及较高的比表面积;较高的比表面积薄膜可以吸收环境中的水分从而释放抗菌物质;随着Ag含量的增加,薄膜的抗菌性能先增加后降低,在PS3中达到了最佳值,且经过多次的重复试验后仍然具有良好的抗菌效果;同时,含银PS多孔薄膜的抗菌性能与Ag的释放含量有关。Using polyvinyl acetate(PVAc)nanogel as a carrier,a polystyrene(PS)porous film was prepared by the breath map method,and Ag functionalized on the surface.Its morphology,specific surface area and antibacterial properties were analyzed.The results showed that PS porous films had uniform porous morphology and high specific surface area;PS porous films with higher specific surface area could absorb water from the environment and release antimicrobial substances;as the Ag content increases,the antibacterial properties of the film first increase and then decrease,reaching the best value in PS3,and the film still had good antibacterial effect after repeated tests;the antibacterial properties of Ag-containing PS porous films were related to Ag release.
