摘 要:通过熔融共混制备了一系列分子量分布规律变化的双峰聚乙烯(BPE),并采用高斯拟合对其分子量分布(MWD)曲线进行分峰处理,研究了低/高分子量级分相对含量(AL/H)对BPE的等温结晶动力学的影响。结果表明:BPE的平均分子量、分子量分布宽度及双峰位置均基本不变,只有双峰的相对强度规律性地变化;参数AL/H能够很好地定量BPE双峰特征和低高分子量级分的相对含量;AL/H值的增加,即低分子量级分含量的增大,可以明显提高BPE的结晶速率,但不会改变结晶成核和增长类型。A series of bimodal polyethylene(BPE)blends were prepared by the method of molten blending.Their molecular weight distribution(MWD)curves were separated through Gaussian fitting,and the influence of relative content between high and low molecular weight fraction(AL/H)on isothermal crystallization kinetics of BPE blends was studied in this work.The results indicated that the average molecular weight,molecular weight distribution width and bimodal position of these BPE blends were all basically constant,only the relative strength of the bimodal peaks changed regularly;the parameter AL/H can be used to quantify well the bimodal characteristics of BPE and the relative content between high and low molecular weight fraction;the crystallization rete increased with increase in the AL/H,the content of low molecular weight fraction,but the type of crystallization nucleation and growth never changed.
