摘 要:针对中空成型机料筒温度控制非线性、时变性和耦合性的特点,设计了基于非线性PID滑模面的时变滑模控制器。为了提高滑模控制精度,并抑制固有的抖振现象,对基于非线性PID滑模面的时变滑模控制器进行了研究。采用非线性PID滑模面函数代替传统PID滑模面函数,引入指数时变因子以平滑系统到达阶段曲线。利用传递函数矩阵描述分段料筒间温度的交叉耦合性,并通过仿真实验验证了非线性PID时变滑模控制器对中空成型机料筒温控系统的有效性。According to the nonlinear,time-varying and coupling characteristics of the barrel temperature control of the hollow molding machine,a time-varying sliding mode controller based on the nonlinear PID sliding mode surface is designed.In order to improve the precision of sliding mode control and suppress the chattering,the time-varying sliding mode controller based on the nonlinear PID sliding mode surface is studied.The nonlinear PID sliding surface function is used to replace the traditional PID sliding surface function,and the exponential time-varying factor is introduced to smooth the arrival stage curve of the system.The transfer function matrix is used to describe the cross coupling of the temperature between the segmented barrels,and the effectiveness of the nonlinear PID time-varying sliding mode controller to the barrel temperature control system of the hollow molding machine is verified by the simulation experiment.
