摘 要:试验旨在研究稀土(RE)和过瘤胃蛋氨酸(RPMet)不同组合对奶牛瘤胃微生物蛋白产量(MCP)与养分消化率的影响。试验选用60头体重(650±30)kg、胎次(2~3)胎、泌乳天数(90±20)d及产奶量(30.06±3.34)kg的荷斯坦奶牛,随机分10组,每组6头。对照组(C)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组补饲不同组合的RE和RPMet。RE的添加水平为20.5(L)、23.0(M)、25.5(H)g/(头·d);RPMet的添加水平为22.5(L)、25.0(M)、27.5(H)g/(头·d),共组成LL、LM、LH、ML、MM、MH、HL、HM、HH 9个试验组。预试期15 d,正式试验期60 d。结果表明:各试验组(除LM组)微生物蛋白产量均极显著高于C组(P<0.01),其中MH组提高幅度最大,较C组提高了30.69%(P<0.01);LM、MM、MH组干物质消化率极显著高于C组(P<0.01);MH、HL、HH组粗蛋白质消化率显著高于C组(P<0.05);LH、ML、MM、MH、HL、HH组中性洗涤纤维消化率显著高于C组(P<0.05);LH、ML、MM、MH、HM、HH组酸性洗涤纤维消化率极显著高于C组(P<0.01)。在本试验设计条件下,综合考虑上述指标,以MH组,即RE 23.0g/(头·d)、RPMet 27.5 g/(头·d)为最佳添加组合。The experiment was conducted to determine the effect of combination of RE and RPMet on rumen microbial protein production and nutrient digestibility of dairy cows.Sixty Holstein lactating cows with similar body weight(650±30)kg,parity(2~3),lactation period(90±20)d and milk yield(30.06±3.34)kg were divided into ten groups with six cows in each group.The experimental groups were supplemented with different levels of RE and RPMet.The addition level of RE was 20.5(L),23.0(M),25.5(H)g/(head·d);the addition level of RPMet was 22.5(L),25.0(M),27.5(H)g/(head·d),consisting of nine test groups of LL,LM,LH,ML,MM,MH,HL,HM,HH.The pre-experiment period was 15 days and the formal experiment period was 60 days.The results showed that:the MCP production of each experimental group(except LM group)was significantly higher than C group(P<0.01),the MH group increased the most,with an increase of 30.69%(P<0.01).The DM digestibility of LM,MM,MH group was significantly higher than C group(P<0.01).CP digestibility of MH,HL,HH group was significantly higher than C group(P<0.05).NDF digestibility of LH,ML,MM,MH,HL,HH group was significantly higher than C group(P<0.05).ADF digestibility of LH,ML,MM,MH,HM,HH group was significantly higher than C group(P<0.01).After comprehensive consideration of various indicators,under the test condition,the MH group RE 23.0 g/(head·d)and RPMet 27.5 g/(head·d)were the best addition combination.
