摘 要:墙骨柱是轻型木结构墙体中的热桥部位,影响墙体整体保温性能。采用热箱-热流计法测试墙体不同部位的热流密度与温度分布,并用PTemp软件计算墙骨柱热桥线传热系数,研究墙骨柱对墙体单元平均传热系数的影响。结果表明:墙骨柱导热系数≤0.11 W/(m·K)时,线传热系数Ψ=0,墙骨柱对墙体中热桥影响范围较小;墙骨柱导热系数>0.11 W/(m·K)时,线传热系数Ψ=0.01 W/(m·K),需要考虑墙骨柱处二维传热热损失;采用外保温能够有效降低墙骨柱的热桥影响,提高墙体的整体热工性能。The wall studs are the heat bridge parts of light wood structure wall,which affect the overall thermal insulation performance of the wall.In this paper,the heat flux density and temperature distribution of different parts of the wall were measured by hot box heat flow meter method,and the heat transfer coefficient of the thermal bridge line was calculated by the PTemp software.The results show that when the thermal conductivity of the core column is less than 0.11 W/(m·K),the linear heat transfer coefficientΨ=0,and the influence range of the wall studs on the heat bridge of the wall is small;when the thermal conductivity of the wall studs is greater than 0.11 W/(m·K),the line heat transfer coefficientΨ=0.01 W/(m·K),the two-dimensional heat transfer heat loss at the wall studs should be considered;the external thermal insulation can effectively reduce the thermal bridge effect and improve the overall thermal performance of the wall.
