摘  要:为了削弱电动汽车用V型内嵌永磁同步电机(interior permanent magnet synchronous motor,IPMSM)的齿槽转矩,提出一种在转子极面开设矩形辅助槽的方法。基于能量法对齿槽转矩进行解析分析,研究气隙磁密对齿槽转矩的影响,以3相8极48槽V型IPMSM为例,对电机模型采用气隙分层法剖分网格,提高了仿真精度,利用ANSYS有限元法研究电机转子极面辅助槽偏移角度、形状和尺寸对齿槽转矩的影响规律并确定了最佳参数匹配。结果表明,该方法可有效削弱电机的齿槽转矩峰值,降低转矩脉动,提高电机的平均转矩。To weaken the cogging torque of V-type interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)used in new electric vehicles,a method of opening rectangular auxiliary slots on the rotor pole face is proposed.Cogging torque was analyzed based on the energy method,and the influence of the airgap magnetic flux density on the cogging torque was analyzed.Taking the 3-phase 8-pole 48-slot V-type IPMSM as an example,the airgap layered method was used to mesh the motor model to improve the simulation accuracy.The ANSYS finite element method was used to study the influence of the offset angle,shape and size of the rotor pole surface auxiliary slots on the cogging torque and determined the optimal parameter matching.The results show that the method can effectively weaken the cogging torque of the motor,reduce the torque ripple and improve the average torque of the motor.
