摘　　要：废钢是可持续发展的重要资源,其回收与加工主要依靠废钢加工配送基地,提升基地的管理能力,提升基地自动化水平,具有重要意义。6S管理是一个体系化管理过程,将其应用于废钢加工配送基地的管理,有利于降低生产风险,改善工作环境,提高生产质量。介绍了某废钢加工配送基地的管理现状,并结合6S管理,提出推进策略,分析了执行6S管理所带来的益处,进而提高废钢基地生产效率和产品质量。Scrap is an important resource for sustainable development,its recycling and processing mainly rely on scrap steel processing and distribution base.It is of great significance to improve the management capabilities of the base and the automation level.6S management is a systematic management process.It is applied to the management of scrap steel processing and distribution bases,which is conducive to reducing production risks,improving the working environment,and improving production quality.This article introduces the management status of a scrap steel processing and distribution base,combined with 6S management,puts forward the promotion strategy,analyzes the benefits brought by the implementation of 6S,and then improves the production efficiency and product quality of the scrap steel base.
