摘 要:以球磨后的FeNi磁粉为原料,采用流延成型工艺制备成磁粉/聚氨酯(Pu)复合物,观察了磁粉的形貌与复合物中磁粉的分布形态,发现复合物中片状FeNi磁粉高度取向。实验还制备了不同厚度的磁粉/Pu复合物,测量其各项磁性能参数,发现复合物呈现明显的平面各向异性,且有很高的磁导率与介电常数。最后采用微带线法测量了复合物在0.1~10GHz下的传输与反射参数,计算了复合物的功率损耗比。取向片状FeNi磁粉/Pu复合物在2~10GHz的宽频下,功率损耗比Ploss/Pin约为0.9,基本达到了90%的屏蔽效能,呈现出较好的高频近场噪声抑制效果。此外,还探究了复合物厚度及FeNi磁粉在复合物中所占的比例对其电磁屏蔽效能的影响。In this paper,the ball-milled FeNi magnetic powder was prepared into a magnetic powder/polyurethane composite by means of casting process.The morphology of the magnetic powder and its distribution in the composite were observed.Experiment indicates that the flake of FeNi magnetic powder was highly oriented.The composites with different thicknesses were prepared,and it was found that the composites present obvious planar anisotropy with high permeability and dielectric constant.Finally,with the method of microstrip line,its transmission and reflection parameters were measured in the frequency range of 0.1 to10 GHz,and its power loss ratio calculated.In the frequency range of 2 to 10 GHz,the power loss ratio Ploss/Pin of the composite is about 0.9,almost achieving a shielding efficiency of 90%,showing a good near-field noise suppression effect.In addition,the influence of thickness and volume fraction of FeNi on the electromagnetic shielding efficiency of the composite was investigated.
