复方半枝莲胶囊应用HPLC法进行质量控制的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的建立同时测定复方半枝莲胶囊中野黄芩苷和迷迭香酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用HPLC法建立复方半边莲胶囊中野黄芩苷和迷迭香酸的标准指纹图谱,以Diamonsil C18为色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.5%醋酸铵水溶液(1∶11∶88);流速:1.0mL·min-1;柱温:25℃,检测波长为335nm。结果野黄芩苷和迷迭香酸浓度分别在2.886~288.6μg·mL-1、1.028~102.8μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均为0.9999,加样回收率分别为99.37%和99.11%,RSD分别为0.62%和0.65%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好,可作为复方半枝莲胶囊组方中半枝莲和夏枯草的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of scutellarin and rosmarinic acid in compound scutellaria barbata capsules.METHODS Standard fingerprinting of baicalin and rosmarinic acid in compound BanBianLian capsule was established by HPLC method.Diamonsil C18 was used as chromatographic column,mobile phase:methanol-acetonitrile-0.5% ammonium acetate aqueous solution(1∶11∶88);flow rate:1.0 mL·min-1;column temperature:25℃,detection wavelength:335 nm.RESULTS The concentration of scutellarin and rosemic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 2.886 to 288.6μg·mL-1 and 1.028 to 102.8μg·mL-1,respectively.The correlation coefficients were greater than 0.9999,and the sample recovery rates were 99.4% and 99.1%,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple,fast,accurate and reproducible,and can be used as a quality control method for compound scutellaria barbata capsules.
