OBJECTIVE To investigate the causes and influencing factors of adverse drug reaction(ADR). METHODS The ADRs in the department of pharmacy reported in our hospital in the year of 2018 were statistically analyzed.RESULTS There were 1009 qualified cases among the 1042 cases of ADR reports. Amongst all the cases,586 cases were males(58.08%) and 423 cases were females; There were 83 medium new ADR cases(8.23%),2 severe new ADR cases(0.20%) and 842 previously reported medium cases(83.44%). The highest rate of administration route leading to ADRs was intravenous infusion, where 780(777.3%) cases were reported, followed by 113 cases(11.2%) caused by oral administration. The highest incidence of ADRs resulted from anti-infective drugs, where 496 cases(49.16%) were reported, followed by 103 cases(10.21%) caused by antitumor drugs;the most frequently damaged was the digestive system, where 448 cases were reported(44.40%). The occupation types of reporters 900 cases(89.20%) from doctors,127 cases(12.59%) from nurses;CONCLUSION It is necessary to focus on the rational use of anti-infective drugs and, more attention should be paid to patients who are givenintravenous drugs to reduce or prevent ADRs to occur.
