VEGF、ESM-1、ACE及Vaspin在妊娠高血压患者血清及胎盘中的表达水平研究

摘　　要：目的研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、内皮细胞特异性分子-1(ESM-1)、血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)及丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(Vaspin)在妊娠高血压患者血清及胎盘中的表达水平。方法选取2016年8月至2018年8月就诊的妊娠高血压患者30例为妊娠高血压组,选取30例体检的正常妊娠产妇为正常组。采集分娩产妇的胎盘组织和空腹静脉血,免疫组化染色、酶联免疫吸附试验检测VEGF、ESM-1、ACE及Vaspin表达。结果妊娠高血压组血清中VEGF、ESM-1、ACE和Vaspin表达水平高于正常组(P<0.05)。妊娠高血压组胎盘组织中VEGF、ESM-1、ACE和Vaspin阳性表达率高于正常组(P<0.05)。重度妊娠高血压患者VEGF、ESM-1、ACE及Vaspin阳性表达率高于轻度妊娠高血压患者和中度妊娠高血压患者(P<0.05)。有高血压家族史患者VEGF、ESM-1、ACE、Vaspin阳性表达率高于无高血压家族史患者(P<0.05)。VEGF、ESM-1、ACE及Vaspin间进行相关性分析,VEGF与ESM-1间呈正相关(r=0.373,P=0.043);VEGF与ACE间呈正相关(r=0.369,P=0.044);VEGF与Vaspin间呈正相关(r=0.479,P=0.007);ESM-1与ACE间呈正相关(r=0.409,P=0.025);ESM-1与Vaspin间呈正相关(r=0.481,P=0.004);ACE与Vaspin间呈正相关(r=0.448,P=0.013)。结论VEGF、ESM-1、ACE及Vaspin在妊娠高血压患者血清及胎盘中高表达,与妊娠高血压的严重程度和有无高血压家族史有关,四个因子之间呈正相关,在妊娠高血压发展中有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),endothelial cell specific molecule-1(ESM-1),angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE)and serine protease inhibitor(Vaspin)in serum and placenta of patients with gestational hypertension.Methods Thirty patients with gestational hypertension who were treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were enrolled as gestational hypertension group,at the same time,the other 30 normal pregnant women who underwent physical examination in our hospital were enrolled as control group.The placental tissues and fasting venous blood of parturients were collected.The expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor,ESM-1,ACE and Vaspin were detected by immunohistochemical staining and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results The serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor,ESM-1,ACE and Vaspin in gestational hypertension group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The possitive expression rate of vascular endothelial growth factor,ESM-1,ACE and Vaspin in placenta of patients in gestational hypertension group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The possitive expression rate of vascular endothelial growth factor,ESM-1,ACE and Vaspin in patients with severe gestational hypertension were significantly higher than those in patients with mild gestational hypertension and moderate gestational hypertension(P<0.05).The possitive expression rate of vascular endothelial growth factor,ESM-1,ACE and Vaspin in patients with family history of hypertension were significantly higher than those in patients without family history of hypertension(P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor and ESM-1(P<0.05),between vascular endothelial growth factor and Vaspin,between vascular endothelial growth factor and Vaspin(P<0.01),between ESM-1 and ACE(P<0.05),and between ESM-1 and Vaspin(P<0.01),as well as between ACE and Vasp
