不同方法联合治疗急性期支气管哮喘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟定喘方、定喘穴注射甲基强的松龙联合西药治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的临床疗效,以探索中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘的最佳配组方法。方法将106例慢性支气管哮喘急性发作期患者随机分为观察组52例和对照组54例。对照组以西药常规治疗;观察组在对照组基础上予甲基强的松龙定喘穴药物注射,口服自拟定喘方联合治疗,比较2组患者哮喘临床疗效,肺功能FEV1、FEV1/FEV%及C-反应蛋白、IL-6、IL-8、IgA、IgE的改善情况。结果2组患者哮喘临床喘息、咳嗽、憋气等症状均比治疗前有显著改善,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);肺功能指标FEV1和FEV1/FEV%均比治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的FEV1和FEV1/FEV%均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组C-反应蛋白、IL-6、IL-8、IgA、IgE均有所改善,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟定喘方、甲基强的松龙定喘穴注射联合西药治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期,能够很好地缓解患者的症状,改善肺功能,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of self-made Dingchuan prescription combined with methylprednisolone injection in Dingchuan acupoints and western medicine on acute onset of bronchial asthma,and to explore the best combination method of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 106 patients with acute onset of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group(n=52)and control group(n=54).The patients in control group were treated by conventional western medicines,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by oral self-made Dingchuan prescription combined with methylprednisolone injection in Dingchuan acupoints.The clinical curative effects,pulmonary function indexes including FEV1,FEV1/FEV%,and the levels of C-reactive protein,IL-6,IL-8,IgA,IgE were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment the symptoms of asthma,cough and sputum in both groups were significantly improved,as compared with those before treatment,moreover the improvement degree in observation group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).The pulmonary function indexes including FEV1 and FEV1/FEV%in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the levels of FEV1 and FEV1/FEV%in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the improvement degree in observation group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Dingchuan prescription combined with methylprednisolone injection in Dingchuan acupoints and western medicine in treatment of acute onset of bronchial asthma can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms,improve lung function and life quality of patients.
