摘 要:目的探讨健康教育护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者知识认知程度及生存质量的影响。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组30例。2组患者均给予慢性阻塞性肺疾病的常规治疗,对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用健康教育护理进行干预,对比2组患者干预前后肺功能变化和2组干预后疾病认知程度水平,记录2组患者对护理服务的满意度。结果2组干预后肺功能明显低于干预前(P<0.05),观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组认知程度优良率明显高于对照组(93.33%vs 66.67%)(χ^2=6.667,P=0.010);干预前2组WHO-QOL-BREF评分无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后2组评分均升高,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度明显高于对照组(96.67%vs 76.67%)(χ^2=5.192,P=0.013)。结论将健康教育护理运用到慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的治疗中,可有效地提高患者对疾病的认知水平,提高治疗效果,改善患者肺功能,最终改善患者的生活质量,并且可赢得患者对医疗服务的满意度。Objective To investigate the effects of health education nursing on knowledge cognition degree and life quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Sixty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in both groups received routine treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.And the patients in control group were treated by routine nursing intervention,however,the patients in observation group were treated by health education nursing intervention.The changes of lung function before and after intervention,and the levels of disease cognition as well as the satisfaction degree of patients for nursing services were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the lung function indexes in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),however,which in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).The good/excellent rate of cognition degree in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Before intervention there were no significant differences in the WHO-QOL-BREF scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention the scores in both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),moreover,which in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(96.67%vs 76.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education nursing for the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve the patient’s cognitive levels,improve therapeutic effects,improve the patient’s lung function,so as to improve the life quality of patients,and improve the the satisfaction degree of patients for nursing services.
