摘　　要：哈佛燕京图书馆是海外大学图书馆中规模最大、最著名的东亚图书馆,郑炯文馆长是现任的第三任馆长,坚持以满足用户需求为目的,以科学而独到的方法与举措实现图书馆服务增值,致力于提高哈佛燕京图书馆服务于学术的影响力。文章从资源建设、资源开发、信息服务、人本管理几方面阐述其人本服务、价值创新的图书馆服务理念。Harvard-Yenching Library is the largest and most famous east asian library in overseas academic libraries.Director Zheng Jiongwen is the current third director of the library.He adheres to the library service concept of meeting the needs of users,realizing the value-added library services with scientific,unique methods and measures,and striving to improve the service influence of the library.The paper expounds the user-oriented library service idea from the aspects of resource construction,resource development,information service and humanistic management.
