摘　　要：在疫情的严重冲击下,2020年中国的经济增长面临前所未有的困难,2020年中国经济增长能达到怎样的速度?这种速度能否支持经济社会发展目标和经济稳健运行的要求?2020年《政府工作报告》不设定具体经济增长速度目标是否可以说不要保障一定的经济增速?中国经济是否能够承受疫情冲击,进而在2020年实现全面小康经济社会发展目标,打赢脱贫攻坚战?这些问题是本文所要讨论的。Under the severe impact of the epidemic,China's economic growth in 2020 is facing unprecedented difficulties.How fast can China's economic growth reach in 2020?Can this speed support the goal of economic and social develop-ment and the requirement of stable economic operation?The 2020 government work report does not set an economic growth rate target.Can we say that we don't need to guarantee a certain economic growth?Can China's economy bear the impact of the epidemic,and then achieve the goal of an overall well-off society in 2020,and win the battle of pov-erty alleviation?These problems are discussed in this paper.
