摘　　要：为了解决轴承压装过程中人工搬运,以及压装不同型号轴承前需要人工判断并人工手动更换不同规格的引套与压头,同时压装过程中轴承中隔圈定位问题,与轴承压装过程中旋转检测问题。设计一种全自动轴承压装机,实现铁路车辆的轮对的轴承快速定位、轴承自动上料与自动压装工作,设备具有机械手自动定位中隔圈,自动抓取轴承上料,自动压装,在压装过程中自动旋转轴承并检测轴承是否卡滞等功能,设备自动化程度高,杜绝了工人操作的危险,提高了铁路车辆轮对轴承压装效率。In order to solve the problem of manual handling in the process of bearing pressing,and the manual judgment and manual replacement of different specifications of guide sleeve and pressure head before pressing and installing different types of bearings,and the problem of locating the spacer ring in the process of pressing and assembling at the same time,and the problem of rotation detection in the process of bearing pressing.A fully automatic bearing pressing machine is designed to realize the rapid bearing positioning,automatic bearing feeding and automatic pressing of the wheelset of railway rolling stock.the equipment has the functions of manipulator automatic positioning of the diaphragm ring,automatic grasping of bearing feeding,automatic pressing and mounting,automatic rotation of the bearing and detection of whether the bearing is stuck or not in the pressing process.The equipment has a high degree of automation and eliminates the danger of workers'operation.The pressing efficiency of railway vehicle wheelset bearing is improved.
