摘　　要：文章从变频器和遥控器两个方面入手,对某矿山已有QD16/3.2T双梁桥式起重机进行了改造。主要针对其YZR225M-8/22kW型起升电机的起动和操作控制。改造后,集成了变频调速、遥控操作两种优势,在节能降耗、人员安全性和设备可靠性等方面,有一定的现实意义。In this paper,the existing QD16/3.2T double-beam bridge crane in a mine is reformed from two aspects of frequency converter and remote control.It mainly aims at the starting and operation control of its YZR225M-8/22KW hoisting motor.After the transformation,the two advantages of variable frequency speed regulation and remote control operation are integrated,which has certain practical significance in energy saving,personnel safety and equipment reliability.
