摘 要:某公司1#常减压装置近期出现减压塔顶压力大幅波动现象,经排查发现为原油-减二中换热器内漏所致,原油大量带水期间,带水的原油随减二中返回减压塔后,水在高温和真空环境下大量气化,减压塔真空度迅速被破坏。本文深入分析原油-减二中换热器内漏引发减压塔顶压力波动时的现象,并提出预防和应对措施。The pressure on the top of vacuum tower which in 1#atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of a company recently fluctuated greatly,which was found to be caused by the internal leakage of“crude oil-second middle reflux of vacuum tower”heat exchanger.During the period when crude oil was carrying a large amount of water,the crude oil with water entered the vacuum tower used the way of second middle reflux,and the water was gasified in a large amount under high temperature and vacuum environment,then the vacuum degree of the vacuum tower was destroyed rapidly.In this paper,the phenomenon of pressure fluctuation on the top of vacuum tower caused by the internal leakage of“crude oil-second middle reflux of vacuum tower”heat exchanger is analyzed in depth,and the prevention and countermeasures are put forward.
