摘　　要：城市新区实施区域供热供冷是节约土地资源和提高能源利用效率的重要措施。本文以横琴新区为研究对象,详细分析了区域集中供热供冷发展现状,预测了近期冷热负荷需求,在总结市场存在主要问题的基础上,提出区域集中供热供冷进一步发展的措施和建议。The implementation of district heating and cooling in new urban areas is an important measure to save land resources and improve energy efficiency.This article takes Hengqin New District as the research object,analyzes the development status of district heating and cooling in detail,and predicts the demand for cooling and heating loads in the near future.Based on the summary of the main problems in the market,measures and suggestions for the further development of district heating and cooling are proposed.
