摘　　要：2019年6月13日是我国资本市场载入史册的一天,科创板首次上市。科创板是中国资本市场的“新人”,更创造了新的“速度”。自2018年11月首届中国国际进口博览会上习近平总书记宣布,到6月13日开板,再到7月22日开市,仅耗时8个多月。科创板被誉为中国的“NASDAQ”,这个备受瞩目的新市场板块是实施注册制试点,服务对象主要是科技创新企业。这个板块的推出使我国证券资本市场层次更加细化,结构更加合理,为科技创新型企业开拓出了一条新的融资渠道。本文将以美国NASDAQ视角,分析科创板在上市、交易、退市制度上还有哪些需要改进和完善的地方。从而为我国证券市场留住科技创新型企业,促进我国资本市场更好的发展提出一些意见。June 13,2019 is china’s capital market in the annals of the day,science and technology board first listed.Cotron board is the“new man”of China's capital market,and has created a new“speed”.It took just over eight months from November 2018 when Xi Jinping's General Book was announced at the first China International Import Expo,which opened on June 13th and opened on July 22nd.Science and Technology board known as China's“NASDAQ”,this high-profile new market sector is the implementation of the registration system pilot,the service target is mainly scientific and technological innovation enterprises.The introduction of this sector makes China’s securities capital market level more refined,more reasonable structure,for scientific and technological innovation-oriented enterprises to open up a new financing channel.This article will take the perspective of NASDAQ,the United States,to analyze the science and technology board in the listing,trading,de-listing system,there are still need to improve and improve.Therefore,china’s securities market to retain scientific and technological innovation-oriented enterprises,promote the better development of China’s capital market put forward constructive views.
