摘 要:苦楝具有重要的实际应用价值,为了探讨苦楝果水提物的抑菌效果,采用悬液定量抑菌法测定不同浓度的苦楝果水提物对大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽胞杆菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉等共6株菌的抑菌率,结果显示,苦楝果水提物具有极强的抑菌效果,对革兰氏阴性菌大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌效果最好,对芽胞菌和酵母、真菌的抑菌效果相对较差,其抑菌效果由强到弱依次为:大肠杆菌>铜绿假单胞菌>金黄色葡萄球菌>白色念珠菌>枯草芽孢杆菌>黑曲霉。与此同时,苦楝果水提物的抑菌功能具有浓度依赖性,浓度越高,抑菌效果越好。1.0 g/m L水提物对大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用时间在5 h时抑菌率大于99.99%,并一直保持了极强的抑菌效果;0.5 g/m L水提物对大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌作用时间在5 h时抑菌率大于99.99%,对枯草芽孢杆菌作用时间在12 h抑菌率达到最高99.97%,抑菌率随时间递增而下降;0.25 g/m L水提物对大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌作用时间在12 h抑菌率大于99.99%。上述结果为苦楝作为抗菌药物开发应用提供实验依据。Melia azedarach exhibited important practical application values.In order to explore the antibacterial effects of M.azedarach fruit water extract,the suspension quantitative bacteriostatic method was used to determine the different concentrations of Melia azedarach fruit extract against six microorganisms including Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger.The results showed that the M.azedarach fruit water extract had strong bacteriostatic effects on Gram-negative bacteria such as E.coli and P.aeruginosa.However,its bacteriostatic effects on Bacillus,yeast and fungi were relatively poor.The order of bacteriostatic effect from strong to weak was E.coli>P.aeruginosa>S.aureus>C.albicans>B.subtilis>A.niger.At the same time,the antibacterial function of M.azedarach fruit extract was concentration-dependent.The higher the concentration,the better the antibacterial effect.The bacteriostatic rate of 1.0 g/m L water extract against E.coli,P.aeruginosa,and S.aureus was more than 99.99%for 5 h,and maintained a strong bacteriostatic effect;The bacteriostatic rate of 0.5 g/m L water extract against E.coli and P.aeruginosa was more than 99.99%for 5 h;The highest inhibitory rate of B.subtilis was 99.97%for 12 h,and the inhibitory rate decreased with the increase of time;The inhibitory rate of 0.25 g/m L water extract against E.coli and P.aeruginosa was more than 99.99 for 12 h.The above results provided the experimental basis for the development and application of M.azedarach as an antibacterial drug.
