女性流动人口的落户意愿及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：本文以女性流动人口为研究对象,利用2016年全国流动人口卫生计生动态监测的调查数据对女性流动人口的落户意愿及其影响因素进行分析。研究发现:在现状特征方面,女性流动人口的落户意愿高于男性,其中女性青年流动人才的落户意愿较为乐观,但女性流动人口的落户意愿却远低于其居留意愿;在影响因素方面,女性流动人口的个体特征、家庭经济状况、流动情况、社会保障状况均对女性流动人口的落户意愿产生显著性影响,其中参加新型农村合作医疗保险对其落户意愿的制约影响最强,参加失业保险对其落户意愿的促进作用最大。并根据研究结论本文提出了针对提高女性流动人口落户意愿的政策建议。This paper takes the female floating population as the research object,and uses the survey data of the national floating population health and family planning dynamic monitoring in 2016 to analyze the female floating population's willingness to settle down and its influencing factors.The results show that:in terms of current characteristics,female floating population's willingness to settle down is higher than that of their male counterparts,among which female young migrant talent's willingness to settle down is more optimistic,but female floating population's willingness to settle is far lower than their willingness to stay;in terms of influencing factors,the individual characteristics of female floating population,their family economic status,mobility and social security all have an impact on female migrants in their willingness to settle down.Among these influencing factors,the New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance in which female migrants participate is the strongest restriction factor on their willingness to settle down,and the Unemployment Insurance in which they participate has the greatest encouraging effect on their willingness to settle down.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for improving the female floating population's willingness to settle down.
