摘  要:针对海上工程项目中远距离启停多台电气设备的需求,基于NRF24L01模块设计研制了一套多路远程无线遥控开关装置。该装置以单片机Atmega64为核心,分8路继电器作为开关控制,有接收和发送两个部分,采用RS485通信,控制有反馈信号,能够实现1km以上的远距离稳定控制。为了长期在海上的应用,装置经过了防雷、防盐雾等特殊工艺处理,也可用于其他多点控制现场,具有控制距离远、功耗低、实时交互、通用性强的特点。In response to the demand for starting and stopping multiple electrical equipment at long distances in offshore engineering projects and based on the NRF24L01 module design,a set of multi-channel remote wireless remote control switch device was developed.The device takes the single-chip Atmega64 as the core,and divides 8-way relays as the switch control.It has two parts:receiving and sending.It adopts RS485 communication and has feedback signals to control.It can realize long-distance stable control over 1 km.For long-term maritime application,the device has undergone special processes such as lightning protection and salt spray protection,and can also be used in other multi-point control sites.It has the characteristics of long control distance,low power consumption,real-time interaction and strong versatility.
