摘  要:外流式压力筛旋翼结构形状复杂,全部表面是由曲面所组成,随着外流式压力筛品种的增多,旋翼的种类也不断增多,为提高设计、制造效率,保证零件的加工质量,二维设计与传统加工制造已不能满足生产需要。本文介绍将三维软件U G应用于旋翼的设计、仿真加工,为改进旋翼的传统设计与加工方法提供一种新的有效办法。The of the rotor of outflow pressure screen is complex in structure and shape,because all the surfaces are composed of curved surface.With the increase of the variety of outflow pressure screen,the type of rotor is also continuously increase.In order to improve the design,manufacturing efficiency and to ensure the quality of parts processing,two-dimensional design and traditional processing manufacture can no longer meet the production needs.So in this paper was introduced the application of 3D software based on UG to the design and simulation of rotor,which provides a new and effective method to improve the traditional design and machining method of rotor.
