无硅漂白助剂在APMP生产中的应用

摘　　要：硅酸钠在化机浆APMP生产漂白过程中起到非常重要的作用,添加硅酸钠后,漂白用过氧化氢的用量可以大幅度降低。但是加入硅酸钠之后,随着时间的运行,系统会产生结垢等问题,车间不得不停机对结垢设备(主磨、螺旋压榨等)进行高压水冲洗。随着太阳纸业纸机产量不断增加,对化机浆的需求也逐渐增大。公司为了增加APMP产量,减少停机时间,生产车间引入一种漂白控制剂代替硅酸钠用于化机浆生产。结果表明:加入济宁金汉斯漂白控制剂BR005,用量大约7kg/t浆时,完全可以代替硅酸钠用于APMP的生产,过氧化氢的用量无明显增加,结垢问题明显减轻,刷车周期可以由原来的十天左右延长到一个月以上,大大提高了生产效率以及对生产设备的有效保护。Sodium silicate plays an important role in the bleaching process of APMP production.The amount of hydrogen peroxide used in bleaching can be greatly reduced by adding sodium silicate.However,with the addition of sodium silicate,scaling will occur in the system over time.The workshop has to shut down to wash the scaling equipment(main grinding,screw pressing,etc.)with high pressure water.With the increasing output of paper machine in Sun Paper Industry,the demand for APMP is also increasing.In order to increase APMP output and reduce shut down time,the company brings in one bleaching control agent to replace sodium silicate.The results show that when adding Jining Jinhansi bleaching control agent(BR005)about 7kg per ton pulp,which can completely replace sodium silicate for APMP production.The amount of hydrogen peroxide has not increased significantly,and the scaling problem has been significantly reduced.The washing cycle can be extended from about 10 days to more than one month,which greatly improves the production efficiency and the protection of equipments.
