摘 要:采用双螺杆熔融挤出工艺制备了碳纳米管(CNT)与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)复合材料,研究了CNT含量对复合材料电学性能、热稳定性及力学性能的影响。结果表明:CNT含量为0.5 wt%时复合材料表面电阻急降至105 ohm/sq以下,达到复合材料的渗流阈值。经扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察发现,CNT在基体塑料中形成了均匀分散的网络,构建了良好的导电通道;碳纳米管的引入能够有效地提高复合材料的热稳定性,并随着CNT含量的提高而提高;复合材料的力学性能随着CNT添加量的提高先增加后降低,当添加0.5 wt%的CNT时,复合材料拉伸强度达到最大的42.28 MPa,相比于未添加CNT的PET提高15.92%。In this paper,Carbon nanotubes(CNT)and polyethylene terephthalate(PET)composite was prepared by melt blending.The effects of CNT loading on the electrical properties,thermal stability,and mechanical properties of the composites were also studied.The results showed that the surface resistance of the composite material dropped below 105 ohm/sq and reached the seepage threshold of the composite material when the CNT content was 0.5 wt%.From SEM images it was found that CNTs formed a uniform network in the composites,and may construct a well conducting pathway.The introduction of carbon nanotubes could effectively improve the thermal stability of the composites with the increase of CNT content.With the increase of CNT content,the mechanical properties of the composite materials increased first and then decreased.The PET composite containing 0.5 wt%CNT exhibited a tensile strength as high as 42.28 MPa which is 15.92%greater than that of the PET composite without CNT.
