摘　　要：新型药物在不断被研究使用的同时,由于药品不良反应(ADR)而对人体造成伤害的事件也不断增多。现有的ADR监测系统又存在着数据更新缓慢、与其他系统对接困难等一系列问题。针对以上现状,开发了一种新型的医院药品不良反应监测分析服务系统。该系统以与院级电子病历系统和院级患者信息管理系统(HIS)集成为方式,可以有效地达成患者根据医嘱进行用药的基本情况、患者个人基本信息和疾病病程变化情况的有效综合性采集;同时与更高级的ADR系统的数据信息接口进行数据交换。该系统通过药品不良反应监测网络,可以为各科室提供一站式在线服务的形式,在经济效益和社会效益方面具有良好的预期。As new drugs are being studied and used,adverse drug reactions(ADRS)are causing more and more harm to human.However,the existing ADR monitoring system is faced with a series of problems such as slow data update and difficulty in connecting with other systems.In view of the above situations,a new hospital ADR monitoring and analysis service system is developed.The system is integrated with hospital electronic medical record system and hospital patient information management system(HIS),which can effectively achieve the effective comprehensive collection of patients'basic information of medication according to the doctor's orders,patients'basic personal information and changes in the course of disease.At the same time with more advanced ADR system data information interface for data exchange.Through the ADR monitoring network,the system can provide one-stop online service for all departments,which has good expectations in terms of economic and social benefits.
