香桂散脐贴联合西药口服缓解带状疱疹疼痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察香桂散脐贴联合西药口服对带状疱疹患者疼痛缓解的临床疗效。方法:选取我院门诊就诊的102例带状疱疹患者,随机分成2组,对照组(52例)单纯口服泛昔洛韦、甲钴胺;治疗组(50例)加用香桂散脐贴;疗程10天。记录患者皮损、疼痛评分多个时间点的变化及不良反应等。结果:治疗后两组患者皮损情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);治疗组疼痛评分较对照组明显降低(P﹤0.05);治疗组显效率为68.00%,对照组为48.08%;治疗组与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P﹤0.05)。结论:香桂散脐贴能提高口服泛昔洛韦、甲钴胺对带状疱疹疼痛的缓解程度。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xianggui powder applied at navel and oral western medicines on herpes zoster pain.Methods:102 cases of selected patients with herpes zoster in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.52 cases of control group were treated simply with oral famciclovir and mecobalamin,while 50 cases of treatment group were treated plus with Xianggui powder applied at navel on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 10 tays.Results:After treatmen:compared skin lesion of patients between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05);the pain score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P﹤0.05);the significant efficiency was 68.00%in treatment group and 48.08%in control group,and compared between two groups,there was a significant difference(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Xianggui powder applied at navel can effectively improve the clinical effect of oral famciclovir and mecobalamin on herpes zoster pain.
