摘 要:为了得到生土基材料标准立方体试件、土坯及土坯砌体之间的抗压强度关系,分别采用干打和湿制两种传统工艺制作标准立方体试件、土坯块材试件和土坯砌体试件,通过单轴抗压试验,获得各类试件的破坏形态、应力-应变曲线、抗压强度,对比分析了标准立方体试件、土坯、土坯砌体间抗压性能的差异,建立了生土基材料立方体试件、土坯和砌体的抗压强度关系。研究结果表明:干打标准立方体试件、土坯及土坯砌体的抗压强度比值为1∶0.88∶0.29;湿制标准立方体试件、土坯及土坯砌体的抗压强度比值为1∶0.72∶0.52。由湿法制作的试件,其抗压强度均明显低于相应的干打试件,但变形性能优于干打试件。该抗压强度关系的建立对实际工程中不同种类生土基试件强度的取值及标准试件强度的换算有指导意义,也可为相关规范、标准的制定提供参考。In order to obtain the relationship of compressive strength between earth materials cubic specimens,adobe and adobe masonry,the cube specimens,adobe block specimens and adobe masonry specimens are manufactured by compacted and molded processing respectively.Through uniaxial compressive tests,the failure modes,stress-strain curves and compressive strength of all kinds of specimens are obtained.The compressive strength of standard cubic specimens,adobe and adobe masonry is compared and analyzed,and the relationship between the compressive strength of standard cubic specimens,adobe and masonry is established.The results show that the compressive strength ratio of compacted adobe between cubic specimen,adobe and adobe masonry is 1∶0.88∶0.29,and that of molded adobe between cubic specimen,adobe and adobe masonry is 1∶0.72∶0.52.The compressive strength of molded specimens is lower than that of corresponding compacted specimens,but the deformation performance is better than that of compacted specimens.The establishment of the relationship of compressive strength has guiding significance for the strength selection of different kinds of earth specimens and the conversion of the strength of standard specimens in practical engineering,and can also provide reference for the formulation of relevant norms and standards.
