摘 要:预制轻钢轻混凝土外墙板是以轻钢龙骨为骨架,骨架一侧设置硅酸钙板,内部填充聚苯颗粒混凝土的预制轻质墙板。为研究墙板受弯性能,对硅钙板位置、轻混凝土强度、轻钢龙骨规格、龙骨腹板开孔、横龙骨间距等影响因素进行对比试验。研究表明:在面外荷载作用下,由于轻混凝土对轻钢的约束作用,预制轻钢轻混凝土墙板总体表现为轻钢龙骨受拉屈服破坏;墙板的抗弯承载力随着轻混凝土强度提高而增大;墙板一侧的硅酸钙板作为受拉面时,墙板的受弯承载力大于其作为受压面时墙板的受弯承载力;轻钢龙骨腹板开孔降低了墙板的受弯承载力;轻钢横龙骨对墙板承重受力性能影响不大。The prefabricated light steel lightweight concrete exterior wallboard is a prefabricated light concrete exterior wall panel with light steel keel as the skeleton,calcium silicate board set outside the wall and lightweight concrete filled inside.In order to study the bending performance of the wallboard,a comparative test is conducted on the influencing factors such as the position of the calcium silicate board,the lightweight concrete,the light steel keel,and the opening of the keel web.The results show that:under the out-of-plane load,due to the restraining effect of lightweight concrete,the wallboards are subjected to tensile yield failure;with the increase of the strength of light concrete,the bending capacity of the wall increases;when the calcium silicate board on one side of the wall plate is used as the tensile surface,the bending capacity of the wallboard is greater than that of the wall when it is used as the compression surface;the lightweight steel web opening is reduced bending capacity;lightweight steel transverse keels have little effect on the load-bearing performance of wall panels.
