摘　　要：通过提出一种基于安全校核的静态电压辅助决策实用化方法来提高电压稳定极限,对保证电网安全运行有重要意义。电压稳定辅助决策将提高电压稳定功率极限的需求转化为电压幅值变化,以分组式补偿器投切和连续式无功源的调整为手段,用区域母线幅值对无功注入的灵敏度作为满足电压变化的媒质。为得到经济合理的安全措施,将分组式无功补偿器的动作次数最少和连续式无功源调整量最少作为优化目标,母线幅值变化范围和无功源的调整范围作为约束条件,构造线性混合整数优化问题。将发电机有功调整和切负荷作为备用手段,以确保将电网调整至有足够的电压稳定安全裕度。辽宁电网调度的应用效果证明了辅助决策的实用性。A practical method of static voltage-assisted decision-making based on safety check is proposed to improve the voltage stability limit,which is of great significance for ensuring the safe operation of the power grid.The assistant decision of voltage stability that transforms the requirement of improving the voltage stability power limit into the change of voltage amplitude,uses the grouping compensator switching and the adjustment of the continuous reactive power source as the means,and uses the sensitivity of the reactive power injection by the regional bus bar amplitude as the medium to satisfy the voltage changes.In order to obtain economic and reasonable safety measures,the minimum number of actions of the reactive power compensator divided into groups and the minimum adjustment amount of the continuous reactive power source are treated as the optimization target,and the range of changes of the bus bar amplitude and the adjustment range of the reactive power source are used as constraint conditions to build up the optimization problem of linear mixed integer.The generator active power regulation and load shedding are used as a standby means to ensure that the electricity grid is adjusted to the point of having enough voltage stability safety margin.The application effect in Liaoning electricity grid dispatching has proved the practicality of the assistant decisions.
