分期针刺联合泼尼松治疗急性特发性面神经麻痹的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究分期针刺联合泼尼松治疗急性特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法将西安工会医院2017年6月至2019年6月收治的100例急性特发性面神经麻痹患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=45例)与观察组(n=55例),其中对照组采用分期针刺治疗,观察组则在其基础上联用泼尼松治疗。两组患者治疗后的临床疗效,以及面神经功能分级量表(H-B分级量表)、面部残疾指数(FDI)、视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分及后遗症发生情况进行比较。结果观察组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后H-B分级量表评分及VAS评分均较对照组治疗后显著降低,而观察组治疗后面部残疾指数躯体功能(FDIP)、面部残疾指数社会功能(FDIS)评分均较对照组治疗后显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗后,观察组患者的总后遗症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分期针刺联合泼尼松治疗急性特发性面神经麻痹疗效优,可显著改善面神经功能,促进患者更好恢复,且后遗症较少,临床价值高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of staging acupuncture combined with prednisone in the treatment of acute idiopathic facial paralysis.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute idiopathic facial paralysis admitted to Xi′an Union Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=55)according to the voluntary principle and different treatment plans.The control group was treated with staging acupuncture,and on this basis,the observation group was additionally treated with prednisone.The clinical efficacy,facial nerve function rating scale(House-Brackmann scale),facial disability indexs(FDI),visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and sequela were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,House-Brackmann scale scores and VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the facial disability indexs physiology(FDIP)and facial disability indexs society(FDIS)scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of total sequela in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Staged acupuncture combined with prednisone has an excellent therapeutic effect on acute idiopathic facial paralysis,which can significantly improve facial nerve function and promote better recovery of patients,with fewer sequelae and high clinical value.
